BeefOn our farm we raise Black Angus and Angus cross cattle. We let our cattle graze on rotational pasture allowing us to maximize the ground we have while letting the natural grass grow back each time. We always give our cattle the proper minerals and nutrients they need to thrive. They are then finished on free choice grain for a perfect marbled steak!

PorkOur pigs are Landrace Yorkshire crosses and are relatively lean. Through out their lives, the pigs indulge on all the left over produce out of the garden as well as fresh ground grain. To make sure we offer the highest quality meat to our customers the only option to purchase the pork is by the cut. We offer a very lean breakfast sausage, thick cut pork chops, ribs and more! LambWe raise Barbados and Katahdin Sheep which are known for their smaller stature and lean meat. We pasture raise our sheep and feed our own hay throughout the year. Our lambs are true lambs in that they are processed at a young age. This ensures that the meat is tender and fresh, ready for any dish!
